Add Slack credentials

https://api.slack.com/docs/sign-in-with-slack is a thing. Though GT is technically built for information persistent across events, it'd be incredibly helpful to have slack identity somewhere easy to access. We can drop a link to prompt a user to sync their slack account when they join a workspace.
