A number of changes were done to the CIOOS Pacific ERDDAP repository in order to combine both the datasets.xml maintenance and the ERDDAP setup all together within a unique repository.

It would be good to have those changes also reflected on the Hakai ERDDAP:

  • Bring in all the docker updates
  • Bring in all the form updates
  • Add SQL checks
  • Test run views in transaction rollback on pull-request to main github action tests #142
  • Run SQL workflows on push to master
  • Define env variables.
  • add GITHUB secrets
  • Update development server
  • Update production server
  • Completed

This is now mostly working, the SQL review will be tracked with #142
