Historical Ocean Acidification Datasets Future

A lot of historical datasets from the ocean acidification group are not available via the ERDDAP server or only the last 60 days for some of them. For now, no plan is active regarding the future of those datasets.

• Baynes Sound BoL dataset (realtime is down) (all in db)
  • Unpublish catalogue record
  • Remove from erddap
  • NCEI submission of the research data
  • Add research to hakai catalogue and erddap
• Ketchikan BoL dataset (realtime is down, instruments were retrieved) (all in db)
  • Unpublish catalogue record
  • Remove from erddap
  • NCEI submission of the research data
  • Add research to hakai catalogue and erddap
• Kodiak BoL dataset (all in db)
  • Unpublish catalogue record
  • Remove from erddap
  • NCEI submission of the research data
  • Add research to hakai catalogue and erddap
• Seward BoL dataset (all in db)
  • Unpublish catalogue record
  • Remove from erddap
  • NCEI submission of the research data
  • Add research to hakai catalogue and erddap
• Sitka BoL dataset (all in db)

Are we planning to submit that data to NCEI like for the previous datasets? If yes then, we can harvest the metadata from NCEI and serve the submitted data via ERDDAP. Otherwise, we can certainly generate a finalized dataset.

After discussing with @WileyEvans, all the realtime datasets from ERDDAP from Alaska and the Baynes Sounds realtime datasets will be removed from ERDDAP and the Hakai catalogue.
