Hi. I'm getting this error when trying to run strainline in a HPC:

daligner: -T is an illegal option
Usage: LAcheck [-vS] src1:db|dam [ src2:db|dam ] align:las ...

I'm using this command:
./strainline.sh -i $datadir/BC${i}.fasta -o $outdir/BC${i}_strainline -p ont --minSeedLen 200 --minTrimmedLen 200 -t 30
