App used : Internet Speed meter lite by DynamicApps
Installed on : android 5, 4.2.2, 8.1.0
Used apkmod to bind payload , everything went well but apk is not installing and showing error.

Update : I think it is someting with this particular app, as i did run msfvenom -x and binded but still was unable to install, so i think it's someting with this one only.
You can close this if you want to ..
