Deprecation warning

Hey there,
Thank you for the work! Just here to say that as you're going to deprecate the module, it would be really cool to either pull it off from Nuxt Modules as well as either putting down or extending the warning on the official website.

Would be a shame that devs start building fresh projects on an already deprecated module, just by not being aware of that.
