measure: a spot within a port area is unique and placed at the center of its main terminal

problems:

ports are wide; there might be multiple good spots to catch a ride
there might be multiple hitchhiking techniques at ports
spots near ports are often placed in water Water #17
there are road inside a port that lead away from it

I would leave ports as they are. I think we would loose too much information if we would merge it into one
