Insert text into pdf and regenerate all pages

Hello, I'm new to using this library, and I see one capability is writing text directly on a pdf, but I am trying to insert text at the beginning of the pdf, and shift all the content down without cutting anything off, potentially adding a new page at the end to include any content shifted down. Are there any feature provided that can readily help with this? Thanks for any info. Apologies if this is a duplicate, I couldn't find anything when searching for discussions.
