Instagram is blocking everything, even Biblio.

But somehow https://www.picuki.com/ always seems to work... (It's just sometimes a bit slow at refreshing)

So maybe you could get it working with this site?

There is also a RSS Bridge for that, if that would help...

https://pixwox.com would be another option. Faster and more reliable than Picuki, but theoretically just as little open.

I built a new bot from the ground up this weekend: https://codeberg.org/GunChleoc/fediposter

It also used ffmpeg to resize videos that are too big. Resizing is especially relevant for my Pixelfed account where I have a 15MB size limit.
