Overview

Invalid output when running only parachain. It says kusama/polkadot node is starting even when we don't run them

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

run dive chain kusama -p encointer -n testnet --no-relay
See message on the console

Expected Behavior

Message printed in console to be relevant
