Demonstrate an end-to-end example of "data on demand":

  1. Upload cloud optimized Zarr WRFHydro outputs to OSN S3 bucket
  2. Register this dataset in the catalog
  3. Define a model (Jupyter notebook) for operating on this data
  4. Demonstrate "open with" that launches the notebook with a subset of this dataset staged for local access
