  1. Deploy the current model someplace where inference can be made against it from Jupyter notebooks.
  2. Develop an example notebook that demonstrates how to perform inference against the Hypercube model.

Updated task plan from meeting on 04/03/24:

  1. Migrate the webapp https://hcwebapp.cigi.illinois.edu/ to I-GUIDE JS2 Kubernetes cluster for future scalability.
  2. Host Zhaonan's VCO notebook on the I-GUIDE platform for developer use and testing.

initial version deployed at: http://iguide.geoedf.org/

ToDo

  • Enable SSL
  • Turn pod into a deployment so that they can come back up if they failover
  • Migrate to iguide-io domain
  • upload deployment files
