  1. Need to add documentation on how to deploy a CVMFS software repository and create conda environments.
  2. Add documentation on how to deploy the CVMFS client in Kubernetes and connect it with JupyterHub.

Also export out the manifest from the CVMFS repository so that the environment can be recreated if needed
