I have seen this Issue: #508
I would like to know why the Chinese versions are delayed to Q1 2024.

For your reference, I have already raised this issue before several times.

There's nothing we can do but keep waiting, unfortunately. I didn't get any official replies from there, so there must be something IBM and others cannot confidently reveal as of this writing.

Delay is money, priorities and duration of project. It has been several years in the making and the team is working on bringing it to a close.
