we should find a way to resolve this, when a user has created a too long subject title.

I have thought about this before and came up with those "solutions", none of which are better than the current situation:

Scroll bar: no room
Making the font smaller: bad for accessibility
Making the card wider: would change the dashboard layout when the title changes
Max length on titles: frustrating for users

Do you have other potential solutions?

By the way, in your example I would put "main branch" in the subtitle of the subject.
