May be it's bit late for a reply, but I will share the division group I have planned. Of course the teams I am listing will be an addition to the one shared by @hellozee. Based on the updates regarding management of domains and finance, I am updating my previous list by adding one more team, Logistics Teams:
Responsibility for each team:Talks management:
Event Management:
Sponsors and collaborators:
Social Media:

I am sorry, I won't be available for the task for few weeks. I will shout out in the group for new volunteers and help them to work the task . Also you can add @insaaniManav to the promotion/Social Media team. As I have shared the access to GCal with him and for twitter as well. I will help him if needs any for the task/ |
