Adding indicators when moving/uploading/downloading files

Is your idea related to a problem? Please describe:

This is not really a problem but some could see it as a problem (yes I'm part of them)
While moving files internally or externally (drive) we have no indicators to see what's happening

Describe the solution you'd like:

I'd like to see somewhere something like a notifications center.
More precisely, let's take an example:
I'm moving some files to a google drive (file1, file2, file3) they're all big enough to take a few minutes
when I click on the notifications center,
I can see a list

• file1, moving to /xxx/dl/xxx, 50% 500mo/1go
• file2, moving to /xxx/dl/xxy, 50% 500mo/1go
• file3, moving to /xxx/dl/xxz, 50% 500mo/1go

When i'ts finished we can see some visual indicators.

Additional context

At the moment we need to refresh.
I also copy over cut because I don't know what's happening I'm scared the file could disappear if there is a network failure or something like this.
