If you're developing for the Oculus, Huawei, Pico, or VIVE, you need to clone the repo with third-party SDK files.
This repo is only available to Igalia members. If you have access to the relevant SDK but not this repo, you can manually place them

So these are open-source licensed and all that ?

So these are open-source licensed and all that ?

They basically require you to accept a EULA, that's why we have to keep them private. You can download them on your own though and accept the license

Ok, so you can close this then and I'll close the gitlab issue. 🤷

This still could be possible via a 3rd party repository that can be added to f-droid for updating convenience.

A build with the standard loader would be FOSS with no eula, see #1394
