[Feature Request] Rename Integration Entry

Since Sonarr and Radarr only support 1 file per media entry, it's necessary to run multiple instances if you want both 4K and 1080p, or otherwise. Adding all my instances to Ryot can look pretty confusing with all the names being the same:

Would be nice to be able to give custom names to these integration entries.
