Igx-Icon Theme overrides sort icon colors

• igniteui-angular version: 19.0.6
• browser: firefox

Steps to reproduce

1. Set a global icon theme
2. Set sortable icon colors

Result

The icons keep the color from the icon theme and only the number indicator above the sorting icon keeps the color set by the grid theme.

Expected result

I expect the sort icons to actually have the grid theme override the icon theme. In my example the custom filter icon has to use a class to actually keep the primary color. Every other icon is pink.
