Description

Folia server unable to load chunk when using orebfuscator, where player count on 70+

Reproduction Steps

1.anarchy server with 70+player
2.unable to generate or sending any chunk totaly blank
start spamming error https://mclo.gs/YDmxd2Q

Expected Behaviour

shoudn't lag the region sending
