[Bug] Disabling "Skip Sponsors" disables also colored Seek Bar

Describe the bug
I want to use Sponsor Block in a way that it shows me colored Seek Bar but doesn't automatically skip it. So when I disable "Skip Sponsor" toggle, but leave enabled toggles in "SponsorBloc Categories" then I expect it to still show colors on "Seek Bar".

This way I can decide whether I want to skip sponsor or watch it.

It would be cool to have button to pop up that I can manually click on to skip sponsor.
Even more desired to me would be to instead of automatically skipping sponsor, this would automatically set speed to selected value, so sponsors block are speed up but that isn't implemented yet even in desktop extension so I guess it won't be implemented here :/
