[Feature Request] Add an option to entirely disable bullet comments on videos

Description

Probably I can't be the only one that does not like NicoNico-style danmaku comments (bullet comments) on videos because it makes the watching experience worse by the floating text that clutters videos. I also checked the app settings and to my surprise there's no option to entirely disable it, probably except for a very confusing option in Settings -> Player -> Bullet Comment Settings -> Opacity of bullet comments and setting the slider value all the way down to 0.

So it would be nice to also let us disable bullet comments entirely in that same settings location.
