As a Consumer, I would like to use one unified tool to interact with transit services on my mobile device and on my desktop computer(s).

Each time an individual is required to install an application on their mobile device, there is a barrier to entry that can be substantial, not to mention the opportunities to confuse and confound. As well, a consumer may sometimes want or need to access transit services from a desktop or laptop computer, or generally access these services from a web browser.
Confirmation
Consumer is able to access all services and retrieve all information regardless of platform, ie a mobile-friendly or mobile-first website usable from any device with a web browser is the first best option for accessibility across most if not all contexts.
