Provide chapter 3 for the new version of the certification scheme in the following branch: https://github.com/International-Data-Spaces-Association/IDS-RAM_4_0/tree/cert_scheme_revision

more details on the different levels and when to use which one (which role in the IDS shall fulfill which Trust Level)
details on the evaluation process for the three Assurance Levels – including information on the form of the report (link)
Explaining the structure and content of the criteria catalog (WITHOUT duplicating it)
Links to: criteria catalog, possibly reused standards, self-assessment document

Version for review of the WG Certification until June, 17th 2022
Feedback received and integrated until WG Meeting on June, 29th 2022
Official approval of the new version in the WG Meeting
