feature request

Love this app and I use it often, but there is one major thing that would make 
it even better:

1.  App confirmations that the URL was actually received by the associated 
browser ( I have noticed occasions where links are lost/don't go through if I 
send a few in quick succession, plus sometimes the whole system stops receiving 
links it seems)

Would really love to see this implemented!

Does it helps to reload browser window? I have improved the server code and now 
it should show the links almost instantly.
In some cases links are not delivered to the server (when phone restarted). I'm 
going to fix this in the next release - make sending persistent across phone 
reboots.

Yes, reloading the browser window helps, but recently it seems that this is the 
only way I can get the URL windows to open, instead of them being generated 
automatically as the system receives them.
