Do you remember with which version of Android Studio it was built? (or Eclipse?) I love this app, and years later, I still think it is the best doing what it does. If the code can be updated, I would be glad to do it.
It was built using eclipse. There is a custom step which require invocation of a python script, but it is only required for i18n (optional). Shouldn't be hard to create an android studio build.
Look at the forks. It seems https://github.com/AoEiuV020/wifikeyboard has the cradle files already.
