When trying to run time series mode using GsiObsSpace, the figure driver fails with a dimension error. It looks like time series doesn't account for the BC_angord_arr_dim dimension.

We need to test the time series feature with all eva readers to make sure that this core functionality is accessible to all data types that we support.
