[email protected] and [email protected] wrongfully declare their OpenMP and LAPACK dependencies as public, which means that every code that uses cmake to find and link against those versions of ip also uses OpenMP and LAPACK libraries and flags. @AlexanderRichert-NOAA found that making these dependencies public isn't necessary and fixed it in the authoritative repo. Once the new release is available (probably versioned as 5.3.0), we should update spack-stack develop.
