For the January 23rd (4-5 EST) meeting of the GCAM-USA State Applications Community of Practice, Anne Claflin and others from the State of Minnesota will discuss how they are applying GCAM-USA in the development of their state’s Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP). Topics that will be covered include stakeholder engagement, scenario development, identification of measures to evaluate, and future modeling directions.
