Dealing with schedules is a lot of clicks already, and honestly, that's expected, but here are a few things that I think might help a bit:
When adding multiple slots, set the default start time to 0:0 and end to 23:59.
Make the minutes dropdown a few columns wide so there's no scroll.
Add 'quick buttons'; this is a very rough idea because it can be expanded endlessly, but something like three buttons near minutes: "0", "30", "59". Or you can also add '15' and '45'.
Also, it is not related to the set-time UI, but there's the 'Append Schedules From Vehicle' feature that is very convenient, but I often remove the empty schedule I need to create before I can use it. I think "Replace Schedules from the vehicle" will be a good addition.
