<p>民間司改會不曾收過政府任何的補助。民眾的支持，陪伴我們走過26年的光陰。其中，每年一部分的經費，來自於義賣畫作的收入。畫布上的色彩，盡是畫家們對世界或溫柔、或尖銳的凝視。疫情之下，今年沒能舉辦募款餐會拍賣畫作，但「司改友好藝」網站像個小型的線上畫廊，靜靜展示這些色彩。</p>
<p>這期的司思電子報，我們介紹到兩位畫家，並從他們描繪的世界，看見對台灣、對司法、對正義的想望。也從司改會前同事的角度，側寫她眼中在募款季忙碌穿梭的身影—那位俗稱「老蘇」、與畫家們長年交陪的募款經理蘇建和。</p>
<p>林大洋老師鍾愛台灣這塊土地，不忍見壓迫與不公遭到忽視；陳姝香老師則希望留下美好，分享幸福。民間司改會有幸，能擁有他們的支持與陪伴。司法改革與藝術，看似毫無關聯，但在他們身上，卻看見與我們相似的動機。在每個或辛苦、或幸福的當下，以絕非偶然的形式，理解到他人的苦難或權利，原來不該是孤單的。</p>
<p>影集「良善之地」（The Good Place）中，有點傻氣的道德哲學家Chidi相信，人們樂於被依賴，並且感動於他人的付出。正是如此相「欠」，使得我與我們的關係，可以如此美好。</p>
<p>“I argue that we choose to be good because of our bonds with other people. Simply put, we are not alone.” <br>我們選擇去行善，正因為人總是彼此聯繫在一起——我們，從來不是一個人。
</p>

<p>在林老師收藏作品的陰暗室內，他翻開厚厚的畫冊，一張張線條剛勁、色彩鮮明的人物面容躍然紙上。老師不經意地一次翻過數頁，說：「這些都可以給你們。」彷彿為了人權，沒有什麼是太大的代價。</p>

<p>不管人們義買收藏我的作品，是基於捐款的善心或是因為喜歡我的作品，每一件作品我都當成是自己懷胎十月生下的孩子，那麼珍貴與獨一無二，我期盼人們能因欣賞我的作品而獲得身心靈的愉悅，即便不經意的掃瞄過眼，都能一次次的獲得歡愉與感動。</p>

<p>來過司改會辦公室，大概對於整牆的司改雜誌並不陌生。時光推進，走過司改雜誌中那些過去改革的歲月，我們未曾止步。</p>
<p>隨著司改會投入的工作項目日益增多，攤開現在內部工作會議的議程，光北部辦公室包含法案政策跟個案就共有20個組別，除了司改會這麼多的法律議題、政策、個案之外，我們還希望讓大家看到背後這群相信改革、努力實踐的人們，他們的身影與故事。</p>
<p>適逢疫情期間無法辦實體活動，電子媒介對於訊息的傳播更加重要。於是決定重啟電子報。沒有主編也沒有責編，靠著各個部門在份內事務以外時間抽空帶著志工完成，希望帶給大家軟性的司改之思，給大家更多不同的故事。</p>
