Currently, Grobid is hosted by JabRef.

It should also be possible that users run a local GROBID instance "easily".

Either just share a deep link to the GROBID tutorial or write a short tutorial for ourselves. Including the JabRef configuration how to change the GROBID entpoint.

We use the default grobid options, running it from docker
https://grobid.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Grobid-docker/

Grobid Url can be changed
