#40 makes great progress on extensibility of the AST, but right now, if you want to compose select statements exclusively, you have to know more at compile time, since it's lumped in to the AST as a value. Same with delete/insert/update.

I'm not really sure what I was saying when I made this issue. Lets assume I made it after a long night of drinking. #40 solves everything regarding extensibility.
