Autodiff code

For now, the code has been developed without any attention payed to autodiff. This was not necessary so far because the inversion relies on unscented Kalman approach, which does not require derivatives. Autodiff could however be beneficial (faster and better suited for higher resolution).

Challenge: Fourier transforms might require to manually define adjoints.
