Overlaped no detect hovered

when I try to hovered a button that is maked by anothr button it does not hovered. masked areas overlapped does not deted the behind areas

Thanks for reply, I will make details here I have many buttons overpapped with same size and positions, everyone masked and having his shape in his area. just 1 button works due all of them are in the same spot.
