It would be nice to have a full admin interface so that you don't have to open the smartsupp.com page separately and log in to reply, but instead you could connect and reply from the plugin's admin area.

This is "full" admin interface from WordPress.., after clicking on that blue button, you are going to https://openid.smartsupp.com/

I don't know way how this could be possible. Maybe wrong wording, I know a way - https://docs.smartsupp.com/rest-api/ - I don't know any real example.

It is the same one as from my live WP site... you just connect in WP dashboard, you will get green icon and blue button, but you still going to smartsupp site by clicking on it. See?

For me, it is not good idea. Clean code inserting is safer.
