As the Scrum master of our group, I have tried to create the foundation for teamwork and collaboration.
This is what I've been doing in preparation of my task:
I created a large portion of our team's Agile Manifesto which will serve as a guideline for how we will approach this project. Some of the ideas consist of the following automate things when efficient, even automating writing code, being adaptable and responding to change, flexibility within roles and synergy between members, emphasis on conformity overy indivisualism ,working Software then Customer Consideration.
I also made a team scrumboard, linked here:
Scrum Board
Within this Scrumboard, I have created 5 columns titled Back Log, In Progress, Completed, Deployed, Finished respectively.
Here, our team's progress can be tracked and organized. The necessary tasks for each member can be assigned here which makes things a lot more organized. If someone is lacking behind, it is very easy to make adjustments on this Scrum Board. So far, I have input the necessary tasks for this first week and which role needs to do what.
In addition to the Scrum Board, I have encouraged everyone to share their review tickets and stay organized. Listed below this Document is the group review ticket I made: Group Review Ticket
Here is my comment regarding the Create Performance Task Assignment: Create Performance Task 1
I made a checklist for each submission and graded accordingly. I gave a 5/6 and 6/6 respectively and College Board's actual score was a 4/6 and 6/6 respectively. These scores and my comments along with College Board's review are pretty similar and only contrast when it comes to the developing procedures section. Perhaps, during my College Board CPT, I will have to focus on developing procedures because it may be one of my weak suits.
