Add a way to retrieve alternate title

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes, video has different title viewing from web browser than original title.
E.g. original title is non-English, but when viewing from other country, YouTube will show the English title.
When download this type of video, an unexpected title (file name) appears.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a way to retrieve alternate title if available. Using client='WEB', it is available under .microformat.playerMicroformatRenderer.title of the YouTube instance's vid_info.
