Support of wcslib 8+

Do you have any plans to support wcslib 8+?

I don't think there's any plan, but if someone does the work we can certainly support newer version of the library. To give you an idea, the upgrade to v7 happened in #39, but you'll also need to upgrade the binary library itself in Yggdrasil, example of the upgrade to v7 there: JuliaPackaging/Yggdrasil#4186 (the highlight is changing the version number and the hash of the soure archive, two lines in total)
