Right, my mistake, this has happened in another breaking release increment. Just CompatHelper never told me about it :(

Ah, lol. The version 8.0 that has Polynomials in version 4.0 has not actually been released yet. So I will keep this open.

Not sure what you mean. I checked that release-0.7 is compatible with Polynomials v4, it's there under compat.

Yeah, you are right, I am sorry. I got big time versioning confusion due to a breaking release in another package.
