push to transifex after merge ?

we already have a travis job to build and deploy the zip to end users when we merge on master.

Why don't we enhance this job to also upload new translations strings to transifex right away ?

I still have recurrent encoding issues when I pull transifex translations, so it may not work automagically 🤞

But yes, let's try the transifex github integration. I've added write permission to you @jocelynj , I think you will need it to configure the integration.
