Steps to reproduce

Install Julia 1.7.0
Install Atom 1.85
Install uber-juno within Atom
Error Message by Atom
Installing uber-juno 0.3.0 failed
node.exe is not recognise as internal or external operable program or batch file
Compiler tool not found
packages that depend on modules that contain C/C++will fail to install
