+1, JupiterOne is an excellent tool in collecting assets, including Policies and Procedure assets, but it should not reinvent the wheel here as a wiki. Instead, it should rely on OSS projects like the above to replace its existing functionality.
I'd like to see J1 collect and extract where my policies and procedures are located, in this case, from Confluence, build the relationships from there, and not have an opinion beyond that. That also means the policies feature in J1 can quickly be deprecated to allow customers to maintain more control over document management and where they choose to publish them.
