Annotation Tab: Embed Bokeh BoxEdit plot into Panel Stage

As the title says, a box edit plot needs to be embedded into the panel UI. This uses image_rgba to import manuscripts into the plot background and holoviews to access a box_stream for bbox features (saving the bbox states and linking bbox objects to annotation data)
