ASF acting as the authorized PC in family sharing?

Might be a minor use case: while trying to play a family shared game, the strategy of Steam requires my account being logged in from the authorized PC of the game owner. However, I sometimes cloud gaming in GeForce NOW from outside, and my home PC is usually turned off, thus family shared games will not be available. I'm wondering if ASF can act as the authorized PC since it will be always online. Tried searching through the wiki but didn't find anything helpful, guess there's no such feature yet but would like to try looking for help first. Thanks in advance!

It will also be helpful for my group of friends to share libraries with each other by saving the time to log all of our accounts into each of our PCs. Probably still a minor use case, though.

I don't understand your question whatsoever. What being always online has to do with family sharing? You don't need any online PC to allow somebody else to play your shared games. I'd suggest you to read https://github.com/JustArchiNET/ArchiSteamFarm/wiki/Steam-Family-Sharing - including Steam's FAQ how family sharing works, because either you're mixing something up or talking about something entirely different than Steam family sharing.

What I'm looking for is not allowing others to play my library though ASF, but allowing myself to play others' library from a PC they have not authorized. It is possible if there is a PC where someone has authorized and I am logged into. For example: I want to play a game owned by friend on PC1, which they have not authorized. I could either 1. Let them authorize PC1 again; 2. Log my own account into Steam on another PC2 authorized by them (then the game will be available on PC1, too). Solution 1 will of course be easier but is not always possible (cloud gaming here as the reason), so I'm looking into ASF acting as the PC2 in solution 2. Hope it explains what I'm expecting.

Okay, indeed, I understand what you mean now.

I didn't even know you can get your game available on PC1 based on online presence of PC2 that you got authorized before. Are you sure you do not confuse it with Steam remote play instead? Because that sounds like unexpected side effect, if you authorize a PC in family sharing then you do not intend the user on other PCs to be able to make use of your library. If anything, that would be Steam remote play from another machine to the authorized one, so the authorized one would be the one launching the game.

In any case, what you're asking for is currently not possible and outside of the scope of ASF. It's likely possible to reverse-engineer that part of Steam and make it available as ASF plugin, but it's definitely something I won't be doing myself as part of ASF core.
