机器人配置要从github获取资源，但是国内很多服务器打不开github，或者你给服务器装上github的反代，不然只能寄 |

1.打开WebUI后，对机器人进行配置，无法加载配置页面（此机器人是文件导入的）显示HTTP错误503
2.新建机器人配置，一直在加载
