Matrix bridge

An eventual end goal is that you should be able to be a full member of the team without having to use Discord at all.
This is probably not something we can fix all at once, but something we can do in steps. These steps are partly sequential, partly not:

• Setup matrix-appservice-discord and a matrix homeserver, bridging public rooms
• Put all the bridged rooms in the same space. Status is in this issue
• Create some sort of central user management. This is what Jutlandia/ByensHotel is.
• Allow connecting your ByensHotel account to your matrix account
• Allow access by linked matrix account to the rooms they would have access to in Discord. This requires support for invite-only rooms in matrix-appservice-discord, or maybe us doing something separately
• Allow using the Limgrisen bot over Matrix. Maybe have the bot run on Discord and Matrix at the same time?
• Automatically add rooms added by limgrisen to the matrix space
