Currently when adding a project to a technology all of the projects are listed in an undefined order. This makes it difficult for a user to find the project they are looking for. As a minimum the projects could be displayed alphabetically. It would be nice to be able to filter them.

Display projects in alphabetical order

Currently when adding a project to a technology the projects are listed in the
order they were retrieved from the database. In order to aid user experience the
projects should be ordered sensibly.
