問題の概要

期待される挙動
- ツイートテキストが140字以上でツイートするとエラーが出た場合も、ツイートを再編集して投稿ができること
実際に観測される挙動
- ツイートテキストが140字以上でツイートするとエラーが出るが、投稿ボタンが再度アクティブにならない
